Villa Katerina is completely detached and quietly situated within an 11000sq m secluded and gated walnut grove enclosed by mature fir trees, in a country lane leading to the undeveloped beaches and sea, (just 1km away), with lovely views across the fields. The location is peaceful, even though the nightlife and shops and restaurants of Paphos Town, and the local village of Geroskipou are both just 1.6km away. This pretty rural area is protected from development .
Accommodation:
• This house is furnished to a very high standard and is on one level. It
has the benefit of a fireplace for cooler months and air conditioning in both bedrooms and lounge.
Downstairs:
• The open-plan lounge is comfortably furnished and has a TV, DVD, and fire place. French doors to poolside and covered shaded terrace .
• Twin bedroom with garden views and en-suite shower/w.c. Shower has curtain and 6” lip, and is quite wide. Not wide enough for a wheelchair.
• The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, cooker and hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. Dining area has quality wooden table and chairs.
• The large tiled private pool measures 5m x 10m and has Roman steps.
Depth all over: 1.4m which is ideal for swimming without knocking your knees in the shallow end, and adults can stand up anywhere, so it is also good as an adults learning pool. Pool side has illumination at night.
• The garden is equipped with patio furniture, quality sunloungers,
umbrellas, and b.b.q .
• Double bedroom with lovely views to trees.
• Twin bedroom with lovely views to trees .
• Both bedrooms share a shower w.c. (Not wide enough for a wheelchair).
Air conditioning:
3 units. Bedrooms and lounge. Windows have mosquito mesh which will allow you to have windows open without allowing mosquitos in, particularly good at night time. Bedrooms have blackout blinds too.
Geroskipou is a large bustling village offering you lots to do and see, and the village square with its supermarket, banks restaurants and shops id just
1.6km.
Transfer from Paphos airport is 15 minutes.
Rental includes:
• All linen and towels except beach towels.
• Cleaning/linen change once per week.
• Welcome hamper incl. chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, milk, coffee, tea etc.

Car Hire: A car is required and you drive on the same side of the road as the U.K. and all the road signs are in English. I can arrange for the Car
Company to meet you at Paphos airport.
