This comfortable and luxurious brand new 4 bedroomed, 3 bath/shower roomed house is situated in a quiet lane in the hilltop village of Lysos. This location is a well kept secret, and is cooler and less humid in summer months as it is 600m above sea level. Villa Neovi is recommended to guests who want to relax and sample traditional village life. Slightly off the beaten track, visitors are made very welcome in this hilltop village, with its views across the Akamas, to the sea. I have a very high repeat booking rate here at nearby Villas Nikolas and Louisa. The Akamas National Park is nearby, and offers beautiful countryside and uncrowded beaches, all protected from development. These include sandy Lara Bay, where the turtles nest, and Chrysochou Bay, which offers mile after mile of quiet beaches alongside citrus groves, with a dramatic backdrop of hills. Accommodation: 1 - double bedroom downstairs, with its own toilet and walk in shower (all doors leading to this specific bedroom, toilet and shower are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair.) 3 bedrooms upstairs.  Of the three bedrooms, one has twin beds, with French doors leading to the balcony.  The remaining 2 bedrooms have double beds, and one has an en-suite bathroom & w.c and French doors leading to same large balcony as the twin-bedded room. From the balcony, one has a view of the pool area, of the sea and the surrounding hills. There is also a 3rd bathroom upstairs, with a shower, jacuzzi and w.c.  A 4th shower/ w.c is located outside the house, within easy access from the pool area.            Fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Comfortable and spacious lounge with stone fireplace, (logs supplied), TV/Video,. CD & tape hi fi. Open plan dining room for 8. Private pool (heated) 9m x 5m approx. with "walk-in" steps. Brick BBQ. Poolside equipped with quality sunloungers and umbrellas etc. Distances: 5 minutes walk to village, minimarkets, coffee shops/bars and friendly tavernas. 8km from Polis Town with its interesting shops, restaurants, banks etc. Latchi beach, harbour and fish restaurants 10 mins drive. Chrysochou Bay 8km. Rental includes a Welcome Hamper of food including white wine, and cleaning prior to arrival. For 2 week bookings, the maid will clean the villa after 1 week when she brings the clean linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Guests will be visited after arrival by owners George and Neovi, to ensure all is well. Air Conditioning CY£3.00 per unit per day. Bedrooms. Lounge unit (large) CY£4 day.
