This 3 bedroomed exquisite villa is situated within a fruit orchard in a private lane, between Paphos and Coral Bay, approx. 3km from the Tombs of the Kings area in Paphos. It has a lovely private pool and wonderful uninterrupted views over the hills, and sea views. The sandy beach, and a good selection of local shops, bars, restaurants are between 4+ 10 minutes walk. The villa has air conditioning units in all 3 bedrooms and in the lounge. The curtains have insulated linings (against the sun,) and this feature keeps the villa much cooler. Master bedroom has a large balcony at the front. One bedroom has 3 large single beds. This villa is perfect for guests who do not wish to drive, and the regular bus service between Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay runs approx every 15 minutes. Bus stop is 5 mins walk. Rental includes a generous Welcome Hamper of food including chilled white wine, beers, bread, cheese, coffee, tea, juice, milk etc ., all linen & towels & cleaning prior to arrival. For 2 week bookings, the maid will clean the villa after 1 week when she brings the clean linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Guests will be visited by my local English Representative, usually the day after arrival, to ensure all is well. Car hire (which I can arrange) is not essential. You drive on the left “just like home” and road signs are in English. Discounted rental applies when flights are booked via me. Supplement when booking own flights: Add £200 rental per week. Villa occupancy from 3pm. Vacate by 11am. Air Conditioning in bedrooms. CY£3.00 per unit, per day. Pay there, in advance. Heating is not included.
