3 bedroomed POLIS CASTLE Villa with private pool Polis, (Paphos), CYPRUS These are 3 comfortable and luxurious air conditioned 3 bedroomed, 3 shower roomed stone houses, each with own pool. The quality, thought and attention to detail that has gone into the design, as you can see from the photos, is exceptional. They are situated within Polis Town, which has an excellent selection of shops, restaurants, banks etc. The sandy beach is approx 1km, 10 mins walk. Car Hire is not essential. The bus stop is close by and the buses go regularly to Paphos Town (CY£1.60) and Coral Bay, along a scenic route. The Akamas National Park is nearby, and offers beautiful countryside and uncrowded beaches, all protected from development. These include sandy Lara Bay, where the turtles nest, and Chrysochou Bay, which offers mile after mile of quiet beaches alongside citrus groves, with a dramatic backdrop of hills. The villas are enclosed in private grounds by high stone “castle” walls, banana, olive and palm trees, and there is private parking. Each villa is on two levels, and the villas have been designed to give poolside privacy, (the windows of the villa next door are higher than usual.) The kitchen window is much wider and lower than usual, enabling one to see within the pool. Great if you have children. Accommodation: The 3 bedrooms, one double, two twin, all have en-suite shower/w.c., and one bedroom, shower/w.c. is on the ground floor. Villas may be suitable for guests with disabilities, villa number 2 has wider doors 76 to 80 cm wide, to accommodate a standard wheelchair. Fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer and microwave. Comfortable and spacious lounge, satellite TV/Video. CD & tape hi fi. Open plan dining room for 6. Private pool 9m x 5m approx. with walk in steps. BBQ. Poolside equipped with quality sunloungers and umbrellas etc. Owner can fix a large umbrella to shade the pool steps. Ideal for children or anyone who has had enough sun, wanting to keep cool. Distances: From 1 minutes walk to minimarkets, coffee shops/bars and friendly tavernas. Sandy beach 1km, 10 mins walk approx. Latchi beach, harbour, boat hire and fish restaurants 5 mins drive. Paphos 1 hours drive. The discounted rates apply when ATOL bonded flights are booked via me. The villa is for up to 7 sharing. Cot and highchair available. Rental includes: A generous Welcome Hamper of food including white wine, bread, cheese, fruit, milk, coffee, tea etc. Cleaning prior to arrival. For 2 week bookings, the maid will clean the villa after 1 week when she brings the clean linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Guests will be visited by my Representative, usually the day after arrival, to ensure all is well. See note in villa. Representative is also available via a mobile phone, in case of any problems.
