Situated on the hillside overlooking Paphos Town (3km)  and the sea (6km), this villa is also convenient for local shops and restaurants, which are walking distance from 200m.    Car Hire is recommended,  (see below)  but there is a local bus service. *Excellent feedback and high percentage of repeat bookings from previous guests who all mention the friendly owner, Yvonne*

Accommodation: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1  double with shower room and w.c. and 1 twin with bath, shower and w.c. Bedrooms lead out to poolside. Spacious lounge has TV and small CD/tape hi fi. Air-conditioned dining area for 6. Fully fitted kitchen includes washing machine, microwave, toaster and iron. Private pool 8m x 4m, secluded by fencing. Mature gardens feature palms and scented shrubs.

Poolside equipped with sunloungers and umbrellas etc. Car port.

Rental includes a generous Welcome Hamper of food including white wine, beers, coffee, tea, milk, bread, cheese, fruit etc  and cleaning prior to arrival. For 2 week bookings, the maid will clean the villa after 1 week when she brings the clean linen and towels.  Please bring your own beach towels.

Guests will be visited by my local British Representative,  the day after arrival, to ensure all is well.

These   rates apply when ATOL bonded flights are booked via me. Supplement when booking your own flights Ł55 per person. Air Conditioning/heating: CYŁ3. per unit per day. Pay there.
